The Ayusya Suktas contain supplications for longevity. In fact, you can infer deep knowledge of the herbs and their medicinal properties from its mantras. Sometimes Ayurveda is listed as the subsidiary of the Atharva Veda. So, the Atharveda is also considered as a precursor of Ayurveda (the science of health and longevity).
